* GOLF CONTEST 

- Best Ball

• Each team member plays his or her own ball
• Select best team net score on each hole
• Men will play 90% of their handicap, while women will play to 95% of their handicap

- Scramble

• Each team member tees off
• Select best tee shot of the team, both team members hit from there
• Continue that process until the ball is holed
• A minimum of six drives per team member must be used
• Team handicap calculate using the USGA suggested formula of adding 35% of the A players handicap to 15% of the B player handicap

- Combined

• Each team member plays his or her own ball
• Add each team member’s 18-hole net score to calculate team score
• 100% of each team member’s handicap will be used

Rooming List Policy:  A rooming list must be provided 2 weeks prior to arrival date.  If changes are made to this rooming list past the 2 week cut off a $25.00 fee will be charged for each change made.   

Date Availability:  All group blocks will be held until TBD.  At which time, rooms that are not reserved will be released for general sale.  We will continue to accept reservations from your golfers after this date based strictly on room availability.  The extension of the group rate is at the discretion of the hotel.    

Check In/Check Out:  Check-in time is 3:00 pm.  Individuals may check-in earlier depending on the occupancy levels and availability of “ready” rooms.  Check out time is 11:00 am.    

Cancellation Policy:  This agreement may only be cancelled by written notice from one party to the other.  As long as the participating golf courses are open for play, we will not refund due to weather conditions.  Bay Tree Resort is under contract with participating course to give a one-week notice to cancel all golf schedules.  If you do not cancel by the cut off date below, you will be billed for the golf fees.  If you do not cancel within 72 hours prior to your check-in date, you will be billed for the entire golf package.
